Is AHA a "Accredited School"? * No. We never have been, and we never will be! We are here to give family's an opportunity to teach their children what they want,and how they want.
Does AHA require any particular curriculum? * No, You are free to choose whatever brand/ type you wish.
Does AHA need to approve lesson's? * No, Never. We allow our Parent's to decide which lessons will best suit their child(ren)
Does AHA grade the lesson's? * No, that is the parent's responsibility
What does a cover school do? * We provide legal covering,so that you may legally school your child at home. We keep record of your attendance, and grades. We also provide Official High School Diploma's & Transcripts when Graduating!
How often is enrollment fee due? * Once a year. Re Enrollment is due May 15th each year.
How often do we report grades, and attendance? * One time a year. Re Enrollment, Attendance & yearly GPA are all due in May.
Are there any hidden fee's? * No, Absolutely not. You pay your initial enrollment fee, And in May of each year, are Re enrollment fee is due. Absolutely no other charges will appear.
How Many days are required each year? * 140, But you may go over as much as you would like.
How do I keep record of attendance? * We have Attendance charts that can be emailed, saved from our website, or You can use your own.
Can my child go out in public during public school hours? * Yes, of course! But we always recommend purchasing a Student ID, for proof of being enrolled in a cover school.
Why can't I reach anyone Via Phone? * The previous owner's information is still floating around the internet. I have been unable to change every website to the new information. Our phone number is 256-996-1751. ( Please NO TELEMARKETERS)
